Code of Ethical Business Conduct<\/h4>\n

Aristo Holdings is committed to conducting its business openly, fairly and with integrity, and to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct in all relationships associated with the development of Zug Island.<\/p>\n

Introductions and Business Relationships<\/h4>\n

Aristo Holdings recognizes that introductions, referrals and the facilitation of business meetings are legitimate and customary elements of commercial activity. Where appropriate, reasonable and transparent commissions or fees may be paid for such services.\n

Such arrangements should relate to the value of the introduction or service provided and should not be understood as payment for securing, altering or improperly influencing a decision.<\/p>\n

Independence of Decision-Making<\/h4>\n

Aristo Holdings respects the independence of individuals and organizations responsible for making commercial, governmental, community or other decisions. No payment, benefit or other consideration should be offered or provided with the intention, or reasonable appearance, of improperly influencing the exercise of a person’s authority, judgement or discretion.<\/p>\n

The distinction is therefore between facilitating access and relationships, which is a normal and legitimate part of business, and seeking to influence the substance or outcome of a decision through an inappropriate benefit, which is inconsistent with Aristo Holdings’ principles.<\/p>\n\n

Transparency and Integrity<\/h4>\n

Where commissions, referral fees or similar arrangements are undertaken, they should be capable of being explained openly, appropriately documented and understood by the relevant parties.<\/p>\n

Aristo Holdings will seek to avoid arrangements where the purpose, recipient or nature of a payment could reasonably give rise to questions concerning its propriety or the independence of a decision.<\/p>\n

In all circumstances, Aristo Holdings’ objective is to build relationships and achieve outcomes through the quality of its proposals, the strength of its partnerships and the merits of the Zug Island development and not through inappropriate financial influence.<\/p>\n\n

Commitment to Ethical Standards<\/h4>\n

Aristo Holdings believes that every business relationship should be founded upon a shared understanding and respect for fundamental principles of integrity, honesty, transparency and fair dealing.<\/p>\n

These principles are not merely guidelines for conducting business; they represent the standards by which Aristo Holdings expects its relationships and partnerships to be established and maintained.<\/p>\n

Accordingly, where an individual or entity is unable or unwilling to understand, respect or adhere to these fundamental principles of business ethics and moral conduct, Aristo Holdings reserves the right to decline to enter into, or to discontinue, any business relationship with that individual or entity.<\/p>\n
